Can I apply for other state quota after completing my intermediate from Anna University?


hello
i have completed my intermediate and applied for anna university, till now i didn't get call letter. so what should i do now??
i live in hyderabad and completed my studies there but my hometown is in tamil nadu... so can i apply in other state quota???

I AM DOING MY PUC IN KARNATAKA . I STUDIED IN TAMILNADU TILL 10. SO I WANT TO DO ENGINEERING IN TAMILNADU ONLY SO WHAT WAS THE PROCEDURE TO JOIN
