i got 85.4%in class 12th and i got 61.5% in b.com. 2nd year can i apply this scholarships and how

hi..
scholarships are given by CBSE to students who score good marks in their board exams...
it is for the students to continue their higher education...
CBSE provides 1000 rupees scholarship every year...
you can apply only after 12th exam...
its now very late...as you have completed your b.com which is an under graduation course, you cannot apply for scholarship...
I am sorry to tell that, you cannot apply now after a long gap...

i have scored 90.2% in AISSCE CBSE exam ...is any scholarship is available for me

i have completed 12th in the year 2013 with 88% now i am persuing btech can i apply for scholarship ?
