Yes you can do CS foundation along with your regular graduation (B. Com) course. You can do the foundation and clear the same when you study your graduation itself. It will save you some time. You can join the Company Secretary course after the foundation. Some of them study the course after +2 but they are concentrating only on the CS course and not studying any regular degree course. There are lots of institutions which teach the CS foundation and regular courses in the daytime like colleges.
