Can I change board from CBSE to Gujarat Board?


My son in studing in 7 th std; CBSE board.
I interested for in Engineering faculty.
Can i change Board from CBSE to Gujarat Board.?
Pls advise & help me to take decission for the future of my child.
I am domicile of Gujarat-Ahmedabad.

Please provide guidance regarding selection between gujarat board and CBSE after 10th class as my brother is interested for biology and presently he is in CBSE and we are thinking to shift to Gujarat board, so is it better to shift or to remain in same board? And what this decision affect at time of admission in medical colleges at gujarat.?

If your son wants to take Engineering in future than let him continue with CBSE board as it will help him because the entrance exam in engineering the syllabus is based on CBSE board
So it will be beneficial for him as all his concepts will be clear
So let him continue with CBSE board
