A candidate can apply for the college transfer in the first year if he/she falls under any of the following mentioned below:

(i) If he/she has fallen ill after joining the source institute.

(ii) In the eventuality of death of both parents/guardians, or the parents
is/are suffering from diseases like Cancer and AIDS

(iii) In the event of harassment of a female student

It should be noted that a candidate can apply for the college transfer in another district only that means you can't transfer the college in the same city and also from private college to govt. college.

Dear,

Under some circumstance candidate can change college.

1. Transfer letter of his/her parents from one place to another.
2. Illness certificate if he/she has fallen ill.

It can be permitted in same district only & some fees will demanded which college he/she wants to join.
