you can complete your cs program before completing b.com

you must be knowing that there is no restriction for taking any education from any institute if you ful fill its criteria,

you can get admission in correspondence it is 100 % sure, but as per in case of regular colleges there may be a tough chance,

as many of the colleges will ask you the reason of late admission in graduation, you will only be allowed admission if they will be satisfied by your answer,

you have not mentioned about your current class , if you have passed 12th then you should go for the courses together as both are a bit same with one regular and other correspondence,
