Hello everyone, I am a Humanities student and I am preparing for the Board exam of 12th standard. I have 6 subjects and I want know that if I fail in one subject then I will disqualify in the Board exam?

Since there are 6 subjects for your 12th standard Board Exams, you need to score minimum qualifying marks for each of the subject. Then only you will be considered as successfully completed your 12th standard.

And this is the criteria to get admission for Higher studies like Graduation.

If you are unable to meet this requirement and failed even in 1 subject also, you are not eligible to go the next academic level.

Hence I would suggest you to have good preparation for Board Exams and try to score minimum qualifying marks in each of the subject.

Hope you will complete your 12th class Board Exams successfully. Even if you fail in any of the subject, there would be supplementary exams.

And you may get 1-2 months of time to appear for Supplementary Exam after announcement of actual results. Please ensure you clear it that time.

In case if you did not clear in Supplementary Exams also, it would result in 1 year academic career loss.

You need to prepare for the same subject for 1 year.
