can i do Auto mobile engineering in ME after completion of computer science engineering in BE

No, B.E in Computer Engineering candidates are not eligible for M.E in Automobile Engineering.

Those candidates who have completed B.Tech in Automobile/ Mechanical Engineering from a recognized University are eligible for M.Tech in Automobile Engineering.
