i want to b.com 2 year in punjab university ,chandigarh. i have done b.com 1 year in punjab university,chandigarh. i have got 43% in exam 2011. can i do b.com 2 year in punjab university ,chandigarh

yes you can do b.com 2nd year. but you should have passed minimum no. of subjects as per university rule.
and you can furher increase your percentage
