How can I do MSc 2nd year after doing MSc Chemistry 1st year from college under Punjab University


i have done msc chemistry 1st year from a college under punjab university in 2011.i got job as a science teacher under sarva shiksha abhiyan during the mean time.now how can i do msc 2nd year?is it possible to do 2nd year correspondence from pu whereas i have done 1st year regularly from pu chandigarh?

My question is can I complete my MSc final year in.maths if I have completed my MSc first year in.the year 2009 this year from the same or any other university??????
