can I do bcom from arts stream and BMS at the same time after 12th?

B.com stands for Bachelor of commerce so for that you have too choose commerce stream and sorry but you can't do B.com from arts stream rather you can become B.a.
Again sorry, you can't do Bms and B.com together as both are Degrees and you can do degrees together.

No, you are not eligible for B.Com degree.

Those candidates who have completed 12th standard in commerce from a recognized university are eligible for B.Com course.

Your age should be above 17 years.
