I got 49 percent in pcm in intermediate and i have got rank in uptu can i do b.tech

Yes, you can pursue graduation with 49 percent in your intermediate. But i think that with this poor percentage you will not get a good college. There are very few college that allow you to get admitted in B.tech with this percentage. So my suggestion to you is that you should fill the forms for improvement in your 12th subjects. After filling improvement form you should have to work hard for getting good marks in the exam and try to score at least 60 percent marks. After that you can easily got an average rating college for pursuing B.tech.
