Can I do B.Tech part time from AMIE?

can i do b.tech part-tim from Amie ?? and is its value equal to b.tech ? and if I'm working in any company after my diploma in electrical engineering and I do b.tech part-time from amie will they accept my qualification after completeting my b.tech from part timw from amie and will they promote me to the higher post ?? please reply asap
