Yes, you can do company secretary course along with BFM course. 12th standard or equivalent qualification is required to be eligible for CS foundation course. So, you are eligible for CS foundation course. But, it's difficult to concentrate on both the course at the same time. You have to work to study both the course. (or)

You can also do company secretary course after completing graduation course. The applicant who completed graduate course with 50% are directly eligible for Intermediate course. So you have both the options to apply for CS course. You can do CS along with bachelor degree or You can directly apply for CS intermediate course after completing BFM course.
