Can anyone tell what the bfm course offer in mumbai university is like?? i want to know the best colleges athat offer it. The scope of the course. does it have industrial recognition??? what kind of other courses can i do with it??? do the colleges offer good placements and internships??? and all other related details...please help me out with this ppl...plz...

PIMSR college offers a full time two-year Master of Management Studies (MMS) course. This is open to candidates with a Bachelor's Degree in any faculty from the University of Mumbai or any other equivalent University. The eligibility criteria are based on directions laid down by the Government of Maharashtra and the University of Mumbai.

r u asking about BFM at undergrads level or at a post graduation level?
BFM(bachelors of financial markets)is a 3 yrs degree course recognized by Mumbai University which can be done as 12+3 levels.....i.e after ur 12th or HSC...

Bachelor of Financial Markets is the 3 year degree offered by MUMBAI UNIVERSITY.

H.R.College of Commerce and Economics [Mumbai] is the institute which you can look for.

The course can be joined after getting 45% in 12th standard.
It also give you the chance to appear in NCFM exams while doing the course.

im facing a dilemma regarding admissions...
i got 89.5(best of four) and 87.2(all 5 subjects) in 12th boards in science
but now i wanna change my line...i've heard that the BFM course intoduced in the recent years is a very good option for commercies....can somebody pls guide me?
and is H R college the best for BFM? n how r the placements?

Well you have scored good percentage.

BFM is the degree in Financial Markets, it is a regular 3 years degree.
Along with the syllabus, they provide you with the NCFM certificates which provides you the dealership in NSE.

So it is a nice subject for sure.

BFM is offesred by HR college of commerce, which is associated with Mumbai University, so it is nice institute to go for.

if ur talkin of bcom financial markets..
u need minimum of 45% and der is no need 4 entrance xms..
its based on ur 12th marks..its a three years course lik a bcom but its more of d financial mkts..i being a student of bfm m sayin dis...gud coll would be any reputed coll lik H.R., Xaviers, S.K. somaiya....
nd ya its a gud course..

it's Bachelor of financial markets...!
this course is all about investments.. capital , stock markets ,mutual funds & finance related ...!
if u are interested in all this things than this course is 4 u...! like i do!!!
u can do many BSE certification courses with this... after graduation u can do MBA. in financial markets too... & CFA, & portfolio management courses r there af8r graduation...
it's very dynamic course like stock markets..!
