CS : Company Secretary Course.

One can register for CS course after passing 12th board exam (also in appearing year).
There is no percentage restriction at all.

The course is divided into three parts.
First is Foundation Course. One can apply for this after 12th.
Once you clear the Foundation Course examination then you can apply for
Executive Course and after qualifying the Executive course examination
you can apply for Professional course which is the final course of CS.

Qualifying marks:-

For all the three parts of course optimum level of
knowledge is expected from you. Though you are required to score at
least 40 per cent marks in each paper and 50 per cent marks in the
aggregate.

ya of course u can do. my friend who have failed in in accounts exam is doing his BCOM CS course. in most of the college if we study commence group then surly there is a chance to BCOM CS. it mostly only the commerce students will study it so there may be many vacancies of seats for BCOM CS.

CS stands for Company Secretary,it is a professional course and duration of this course is four years.The CS course is divided into three parts :-

(i)Foundation
(ii)Intermediate
(iii)Final course

The candidate who are completed 12th examination from a recognized School or equivalent qualification and candidate must secure at least 40-50% marks in your examination.Company Secretary is an expert in company law,corporate and Securities laws.

Eligibility for Foundation course :-

Candidate must have passed intermediate(12th) examination in any discipline like commerce or arts or science from a recognized School or equivalent qualification.The duration of course is 8 months and fees for this examination is 3600/-

Subjects for this examination :-

• English and Business communication
• Economics and Statistics
• Financial Accounting
• Elements of Business Law and Management.

Yes, you can do CS course after your 12, there is no restriction on marks.
