Can I do M.Phil and Ph.D in Maths from IGNOU?
If i do M Sc(MACS) i e Maths and Applications in Computer Science after completing MCA,can i do M Phil and Ph D in Maths from IGNOU? or please tell me possible other subjects in which i can doM Phil and Ph D .

what kind of knowledge and preparation is required for Phd. in Maths? There are many types of books and topics in Mathematics ,we must have the knowledge of all topics before do Phd. in Maths ? Examples of topics are: Algebra, Hydrodynamics, Probability, Tensor caculus etc. Because all are not perfect in all topics.
