sir, I have completed b.sc biotech in this year ;can i do m.tech in biotech form jnu , plz sir guide me, n give the full information of m.tech (biotech) colege in INDIA. THANK YOU

Eligibility for GATE Exam:

• **either Bachelor degree holders in Engineering/Technology/Architecture
• **either Master degree holders in any branch of Science/Mathematics/Statistics/Computer Applications
• **either Candidates in the second or higher year of the Four-year Integrated Master degree programme (Post-B.Sc.) in Engineering/Technology

only these candidates can apply ..

I think you are not eligible as per above mention criteria you need to do Master's for writing GATE....

• for Gate as there is no age limit
• and no number of attempts defined in GATE exam..
• and also there is no minimum percentage criteria ,

sorry to say that you are not eligible for GATE exam because you have just completed B.Sc in bio tech.

B.SC degree are not eligible for GATE exam.

but masters degree are eligible for GATE exam so if you want to go GATE exam you must be completed MASTERS degree in bio-technology.

ya sure you can do.............because the eligibility of Mtech says only a bachelor degree of the recognized university or collage.............so you can do............

No, my friend You can not apply for M.tech course.. for doing M.tech you have to appear in GATE exam first.

no. you can't do M.Tech in Biotech having completed B.Sc in Biotech.

after doing B.Sc in Biotech you have to do m.sc in biotech. then you can do.

the GATE eligibility is given below

1.minimum graduation in engineering.

final year & prefinal year engineering students are allowed to attain in the gate exam.

2.M.SC students are also eligible to attain in the gate exam.

No, you cannot do M. Tech. directly after doing only B. Sc. Firstly you have to do M. Sc. then you can think of doing M. Tech.

A person having bachelor's degree in engg/technology/architecture or master's degree in science/maths/computer/statistics can do M. Tech. No age limit, no restriction on number of attempts and no boundation of percentage.

For MTech, IITs are the best colleges in India.

friend since gate can be given after 3rd yr of engg. or final yr of grad. courses hence i think u can appear for gate exam after bsc in biotech though u may also go through iit's website to confirm it for sure. the mtech programme is offered by colleges like srm univ.-chennai etc.
