After completing my bsc in computer science i did msc electronics. So can i do mtech in cse

***you are not eligible for M.Tech after B.Sc. You need to have either M.Sc or B.Tech to be eligible for M.Tech program.

After your BSc and Msc in computer science you can take admission in Mtech course. Most of the universities are giving admission only to those candidates who passed BTech in CSE but some of the universities are also offering MCA and Msc post graduate candidates to get admission in Mtech program.
Mtech is a two year course which you can do you either regular mode or part time mode.
