Hi, I am studying 12th standard with Computer Science. I want to study Nursing after 12th. It is possible for Computer Science students to choose the Nursing course? What if I clear the entrance for Nursing?

The eligibility to pursue B.Sc Nursing course is that candidate must have passed 12th from a recognised board in Physics, Chemistry and Biology as main paper.

The required aggregate varies with institutions.

So, if you have the required qualification than you are eligible to get admission in Nursing course.

To pursue Degree course in Nursing i.e; B.Sc. in Nursing course, the minimum education required is a Class 12th in Science stream with Physics, Chemistry and Biology as compulsory subjects from a recognised board of education.

Students who have studied PCB/ science stream can join the B.Sc Nursing course which consists of a duration of 3 years like any other Bachelor in Science (B.Sc) Course.
