Yes, you can do post graduation degree in Biotechnology because you have completed B.Sc degree in Botany.

Those candidates who have completed graduation degree from a recognized university with Biotechnology or its equivalent subject are eligible for PG course in Biotechnology.

Your age should be above 17 years.
