hi,
you will have to pursue the post graduation having this domain only, there are number of option after graduating from this stream.

You need to realize that are you good at this to the satisfaction of yours, do you wish to take up this subject at the higher studies, or some other career options are also there?

There are number of examples where a science student has taken up admission at the India's top most Management institute, well this is the one who wanted to have a management career.

In your case you can tell better, there are universities which are offering post graduation degrees in the Microbiology, Genetics, Botany, Bio Informatics etc.

The options are there, only you need to get what you want, if you wish to pursue research, you want to enter the Civil Services, you want to teach the same, or wish to get a corporate job.

The better you will know, then post the query for the colleges and institute offering the desired course which you want to study and we will guide you again.

You can do following courses after complete your Bsc in botany:
MSc in botany
masters in microbiology
masters in biotechnology
masters in applied botany
But in my opinion you have to choose subject and course in which you have more interest.

1. Master of Science in Botany
2. Master of Science in Botany and Forestry
3. Master of Science in Applied Botany
4. Master of Science in Herbal Science
5. Post Graduate Diploma in Medico botany
6. Post Graduate Diploma in Plant Biodiversity

> M.Sc Botny
> M.Sc Biotechnology
> M.Sc Plant Biology
> M.Sc Microbiology

Othere that this you have option like:-
> M.B.A
> M.B.A in Hotel Management
