i am doing B.Sc from zoology,botany and chemistry, i have to left one subject in B.Sc 3rd year out of these...so kindely help me out by informing me the scope of all these subjects in M.Sc

Yes you are eligible for the same.
For doing Masters in Biotechnology you have to be a graduate from a recognized university
in the science field .
Make sure that you have first division in your grads as most of the good institutes requires
first division as there minimum eligibility for entrance,which could be direct or via entrance exams
