after completing intermediate can i be eligible for group 4 exams

Yes , you are eligible to join the grade IV jobs after the intermediate examination. To get the jobs you have to qualify in the various entrance examination.

Some of the entrance examination in which you can appear after the 10+2 examination is :-
* SSC.
* Indian Post.
* Railway.

SSC examination is conducted by the SSC for the candidates to get the recruitment in the LDC or DEO posts.

I have completed my intermediate with 68 percentage
