Hi,

The eligibility for civil service exam is
1 Degree from any recognized university (Those who await results also eligible)

professional and technical qualifications recognised by the Government as equivalent to professional and technical degrees.

Age limits
Between 21 and 30(excluded) for SC/ST and OBC age relaxation
