hell sir, I complet my diploma in electrical engineering now i want to take admission in petrolium engineering can i eligible for admission in lateral entry in second year.

The admission process is totally on merit of marks so, if you have pursue marks enough in entrance exam of the desire univercity where you want to study engineering course you will definetaly got admission.
