Company Secretary guides the company in financial, legal , management and in corporate governance, ethics matter of the company.

CS is also known as legal advisor of the company.


Minimum Eligibility For Executive Course

-You should be Graduate in any discipline from recognized University .

-Final year candidate may also eligible to apply for this Course .


Application Procedure

You register with ICSI for Company Secretary Programme Nine Months before the commencement of the Examination.

Admission is open through out the year. The examination is held twice a year in June and December.

Cost of Prospectus for the Executive Programme

For Cash Payment :- Rs. 300/-

For Post / Courier Payment :- Rs.350/-

Total fee of Executive / Intermediate Program Rs. 7000/-
