I have completed Bcom from C.U. in 2003. Now will I be admitted cs executive programme?pls guide me.

Since you have completed your B.Com, you are eligible to enroll yourself for the Executive Program of the CS course.
The last date of registration is 28th of February to appear in the examination conducted same year in the month of December and 31st of August for the examination conducted next year in the month of June.

Friend for CS Executive Program, one should have completed graduation, so you are eligible for the same.

Absolutely you are eligible for Company Secretary (CS) Executive programme an the basis of your educational qualification i.e BCom degree. There is no minimum age eligibility criteria as such.

As per official notification of ICSI admission criteria, students having graduation degree in any stream or graduation with commerce stream are eligible to get direct admission in CS executive programme i.e without qualifying CS foundation programme. Commerce graduates can also avail fee concession of upto Rs. 1200 /-

Admission Deadlines : February 28th/ May 31st for appearing in December examination.

August 31st/ November 30th for appearing in June examination.

Company Secretaries Course divided in three parts

Foundation Programme
Duration-8 month,
Eligibility-10+2 pass students of Arts, Science or Commerce stream.

Executive Programme
Eligibility-Graduate


Professional Programme
Professional Programme can be pursued only after clearing the Executive Programme of CS Course.
