i am kashish bhanot from saharanpur . sir i am in 3rd year of b.tech mechanical i.e my 5th semester has just started . i want to ask that at this stage can i fill a form of ues ? and another question is that i have scored 58% in pcm in 12th board examination do i am eligible for it ?

Candidate need to be a citizen of India.

1. The candidate who is a unmarried male candidate is only eligible for the exam
   
2. > The age limit for the exam is that the candidate must have 19-25 years
   
3. > The education qualification needed for the exam is that the candidate must have completed a degree from a recognized university.Even final year candidates can apply for the exam

so since you are qualified through age basis so you can definitely appear..
