Hey..can i get admission on aiims through all india medical examination?pleace give me an answer.i dont know nothing about aiims's admission.is it only takesplace through their own entrance exam ?

No you will not get admission to AIIMS through All India Medical Exam. You need to appear for the exam conducted by AIIMS itself. For the 2012 exam the last date for submitting the application was 2nd April. The exam is scheduled for 1st June. Next year on the Government plans to make it a single exam for all institutes. So do check the newspaper regularly for the same.

AIIMS, New delhi is a central government medical college and hospital.
The admission to all the courses at AIIMS, are done on the basis of entrance exams
which are conducted by AIIMS itself.
The notification regarding the entrance exams are published on AIIMS website and
in leading natinal/regional newspapers.

Medical Council of India, Govt. of India is planning to conduct a common entrance test
for admisison to all govt. and private medical colleges of the country.
The common entrance exam was supposed to be conducted from the year 2012 onwards
but due to some reason it's been delayed.
If the concept of conducting a single common entrance test is implemented then
none of the medical collges (including AIIMS) would conduct their separate entrance
exam.

Keep checking the MCI website to get any information regarding the common entrance test.

AIIMS 2012 MBBS ADMISSION ELIGIBILITY

Age: He/She should have attained or will attain the age of 17 (seventeen) years as on the 31st December, of the year of admission

Essential qualification: He/She should have passed the 12th class under the 10+2 scheme/senior School Certificate Examination or Intermediate Science or an equivalent examination of a recognised University/Board of any Indian State with English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology

Minimum Aggregate: He/She should have obtained a minimum of 60% marks in the case of General/OBC and 50% in case of SC/ST candidates in aggregate in English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology

Application Fee: General/OBC category Rs 1000/- (SC/ST category Rs 800/-) plus transaction charges as applicable

AIIMS is All India Institute Of Medical Science...
there are 7 new AIIMS...
to get in to it, you have write the entrance exam for AIIMS..
AIIMS is one of the top medical college in India...and is the most difficult medical entrance exam..
the exams usually take place in 1st of June every year..
only those who get rank in entrance exams can join AIIMS...
there are reservations for general, OBC, SC, ST..
foreign candidates can directly apply instead of writing entrance exams....

can i apply separately for AIIMS-2014,AFMC-2014 & AIPMT-2014
