hello sir i am parth 22yr old. i want to know upper age limit for aiims mbbs 2015 exam . for aipmt there is 25 yr for UR candidate so there is any upper age limit for aiims mbbs exam . i have passed my class 12 pcb with 886% & my current age is 22 yr can i eligible for aiims mbbs 2015 exam???

Yes, you can apply for AIIMS MBBS 2015 exam.

Candidates who have completed 12th standard with above 50% marks are eligible for AIIMS exam but your 12th standard subject should be Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English. For SC/ST candidate this percentage is reduced to 40%.

Your age should be in between 17 to 26 years. No age relaxation provide for reserved category candidates.

AIIMS Upper age limit 2015

AIIMS i.e. All India Institute of Medical science has already notified notification for AIIMS exam for which online registration of applications was started on 17th of March. Last date for application form filling was available till 10th April 2015.

Admit cards will be available on the site i.e. www.aiimsexams.org from 16th May 2015 onward for 1st June 2015 exam. The expected date of declaration of Result is on 18th of June 2015.

Talking about qualification requirement, you should have done 12th class under 10+2 scheme from a recognized board or CBSE or I.Sc or any equivalent university or board. You should have done your 12th with English Physics, Chemistry and Biology as main subjects.

According to AIIMS, you should have attained 17 years of age or will be attaining the age of 17 years as on 31st of December for the year of admission. Whose date of birth is on or after 2nd January, 1999 are not eligible to apply. There is no upper age limit has mentioned in the prospectus like what it’s mentioned for AIPMT in the prospectus 2015. Therefore there is no upper age limit set for AIIMS exam.

Yes you are eligible for AIIMS exams being 22 years old as the upper age limit for this examination is 25 years till the last date of year in which you are appearing for the same examination .

But I am sorry to say you that you are not eligible for this years AIIMS entrance examination if you have not applied for the same because the last date for applying for the same was 10th April 2015 and examination is going to be held on 1st June 2015 .

Also for the same examination you will have to be a 12th standard passed student with Physics , Chemistry and Biology as your main subjects from a recognized board with at least 60% aggregate in each mentioned subjects if you are a general category otherwise there is the provision of marks relaxation for other categories which you have .

Also the lower age limit for same is 17 years till the last date of the same year in which you are appearing for the examination .

I don't know, why in spite of being a senior member, they are unable to answer the simple question asked by candidate and copying and pasting Aipmt rule. There is no upper Age limitation till this date for AIIMS entrance, if you are 80 plus then also you can apply in exam. No upper Age limitations
