You didn't mention the test name here so m little bit confused about which one test you are talking as you mention the rank 408502 so i got an idea of the test AIEEE because in that test lakhs of student appear so if you talking about the same then no you won't get admission in the desired college because you rank is too low but may be any other college will provide you admission so try at any other college as per my knowledge with this rank only private colleges will provide you admission.
