i got 38 marks in jee main and 43% in pcm in 12th .can i get admission in any engineering college in pune, maharashtra and i am in defence open category

some times it will be very difficult it will depend on the total number of students and their marks if you have some more marks you should eligible for this

i have 55 marks in jee and 76% in 12th i am belongs to obc and i want ceop and top10 goverment college in pune and i want mechanical engg.so what are conditions favours to me ????????????
