How to take admission in engineering college in Pune? I have scored 50% marks in 12th science


i've scored 50%marks in 12th science and 70 marks in jee mains i want to take admission in an engineering college in pune.plz help me out and what will be the procedure for admission.i'm an outer maharashtra student.

If I score 50% in hsc and 134 marks in jee mains can I get free admission in engineering college in mumbai
