No, you can not get admission in B.Ed course after completion of 2nd year of B.Sc degree.

Bachelor of Education (B.Ed ) is one year Teaching professional course which is divided into two semester.

Bachelor's Degree in any subject with atleast 50% marks at graduate level or its equivalent qualification from a recognized university are eligible for B.Ed course.

YES you can do the B.ed after completion you B.SC.

MINIMUM ELIGIBILITY FOR APPLYING FOR B.ED ENTRANCE EXAMINATION

1.Graduation (B.Sc, B.Com, Ba) From Recognized University With At Least 50% Marks.

B.ED can be done regular or from distance education.

There are many university which offers B.ED.
