It depends upon cut-off at that time.
Your JEE score is somewhat Ok which qualifying you to take admission in some good institutions. So, consider taking admission in one of the top colleges/universities like: PU, VIT, DU, Lovely Professional University (LPU), Banaras Hindu University; as they provide quality education and good placements. Some of these universities (like LPU) also give scholarships to students (based on percentage in qualifying exam).
Check their website for detailed info. regarding eligibility criteria and admission process.
