Can i get admission in Bihar Medical college after scoring 12945 rank in NEET?


Sir,
My neet ug all india rank is 12945 , total score is 437 , percentile score is 98.0102 and bihar general category rank is 665. Can i get admission in bihar medical college during the academic year, 2013.
