I guess that you have scored 79 marks out of 240 in the ENAT entrance exam. As you want to admission in Manipal university with 79 marks out of 240. Sorry to say that it's difficult for you to get admission through Manipal university, either Engineering or Medical course.

Those candidates who have scored more than 120 marks are called for first level counselling. The candidate who have scored below 100 marks will need to face tough counselling, which goes around 4 to 5 rounds. So, you have less chance to get admission in Manipal university.

If you have scored more than 110 marks and 16,000 rank then quite possibilities were there to get admission. But, nothing to be done with your marks.
