if i am sure about 105 questions that they are right in my entrance exam, then will i be able to get into manipal..? is there any chance that for the remaining questions...guess work might work.?

As per my knowledge, no you are no eligible to get admission in manipal university for B.Tech after scored scored 19302. For getting Mechanical seat in Manipal University you need to score 150 to 160 out of 200 marks in entrance examination.
