MBBS stands for Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery and it is five year undergraduate course.

Yes, you are eligible to purse course after nursing course. The eligibility to appear for entrance examination to get admission in course is candidate must have passed 10+2 with PCB as main paper and have minimum marks as according to the entrance examination they appear for.

So, after appearing and qualifying in examination you are eligible to get admission in course. The examination is conducted by CBSE as AIPMT, AIIMS, JIPMER etc...
