Hiiii,
First of all congrats for getting such a good rank in ojee. With this rank it is better to try for government college like CET and you are definitely going to get seat in those college of any good branch.
Coming to your question you are surely going to get seat in GIET ,gunupur which running top from few years.and your choice taking mechanical branch in also a wonder full choice .
For the rank upto 5000 you can get seat in giet .
