can i get bit mesra in aieee at an air of 10760 as i havnt got any seat in 1st round of councilling???? hlp as soon as possible.......

Hey,
Don't be panic as you are from general category that's why you cann't get any college.But in second or third round you can definetly get branch.
In BIT mesra by these rank in first round you cann't get any branch as from the previous year record.
But in forth round you can get:
1>ECE
2>EEE
3>IT

Eligibility Criteria :-
you should pass the 12th standard or equivalent from a recognized Central or State board or its equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as main subjects means PCM with minimum of aggregate 80% with at least 60% marks in each of the Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics subjects.

you should have good knowledge in English also.

It allows direct admission for the Board Toppers.
If you have valid AIEEE/AIR rank then you can go for Engineering in BITS.

With this AIR in AIEEE it is very rare to get a seat in BIT Mesra but you may get
a seat in Bio-Technology in 2nd round because if you analyse the previous year
opening and closing rank of BIT Mesra only this branch was allotted above AIR 10,000
to a GEN category candidate under ALL INDIA Quota.

If you are not in a mood to do B.Tech. in Biotechnology I would suggest you not to
run behind BIT Mesra. You should choose some other NIT and you should opt for a
branch in which you have some interest and also the branch should have a good
job prospects.

BIT meshra Is a very reputed college of our country and is also only next to

BITS pilani in rankings.

getting Meshra in 10000 rankings is a very difficult,

I would sugget you to Take admission in some top NITs

where you will get a choice of branch, you can be assured of a very good career

from those colleges. Taking some lower order branch in BIT Meshra just for namesake

does not justify the decision as career choices may be limited.

yes u can easily in the first round
but i will suggest u to try for for thapar university as well as it is better that it. and u also have a good rank.

i thnk i can get it in bit mesra in 3rd round......... btw can u tell me that is there any bad influence of it ber=ng near bihar...... people say that being in bihar for most years in its history makes it down??? plzz help me
