sir can i get chemical enng. with score 0f 110 in manipal university entrance test?

Well dear your ENAT score which is 110 out of 240 is very low, as we have seen that last year only candidates having at least 120 in ENAT are called for 1st round of counselling, where are candidates having less then 100 even got chance to appear for counselling, even when there was 5 rounds of counselling.

However, 110 out of 240 will get you rank around 8,000. And with this score and rank you can not expect Chemical Engineering. Only you can expect is Industrial, Production, Instrumentation and control. For Chemical at least 130 would be required.

However, lets see what this years counselling have for students, weather they will find branch of there choice or not.

The usual cut off for chemical engineering in Manipal university is around the 120 mark for the first round of counselling..with a score of 126, you may expect to get chemical within the first round itself !

The cut off in all rounds of counselling in manipal is around 100-105 so you dont need to worry if you do not get chemical in the first round by chance.

Yes, you may get to do a B.Tech course from Manipal university with a score of 117, in the past years the cut off has been around 100-105 in several rounds of counselling..

you probably will not be called for the first round of counselling as the cut off for that is around 130-140 but can expect a branch in the subsequent rounds!(third round to be precise)

with 100/240, you are right on the border line .. it is a close call to make, the chances are slim though as the cut-off is generally from 100-105, you may miss out by few meagre marks.

Admission on Manipal university requires one to clear the Manipal ENAT exam. over the years, the cut off for this exam has been about 100-105.

So with 110 marks, you are sure to get admission in some course or the other in Manipal university.

However, i would also like to add that you may not get courses such as Computer science, Electronics, Mechanical with 110 but can expect civil, textile and manufacturing courses, Biology related courses in Manipal University.
