As per the latest amendment made to the Chartered Accountants Regulations, commerce graduates who have scored 55% or more in the final year of their bachelors degree examination are considered eligible to get complete exemption from the Common Proficiency Test and may therefore, enroll directly for the Integrated Professional Competence Course of the Chartered Accountancy program.

Since you have obtained 66% marks in your bachelors degree examination (B.Com), you will definitely be considered eligible to get the exemption and enroll for the Integrated Professional Competence Course provided you have qualified in any three papers out of the following:

Accounting
Auditing
Mercantile Laws
Corporate Laws
Economics
Management (including Financial Management)
Taxation (including Direct Tax Laws and Indirect Tax Laws)
Costing
Business Administration
Management Accounting
