No you can't get direct admission to the IPCC course after completing B. Com with 51% percentage of marks. Being a B. Com student, you need score minimum 55% marks to be eligible for IPCC course. So, as per your marks you are not eligible for IPCC course directly. But you can apply for a CA foundation course after completing B. Com course with 51% marks. Any stream candidate who completed 12th standard are eligible to apply for the CA foundation course

To apply for IPCC course you should have completed bachelor degree course in any discipline from a recognized university. Minimum 55% marks required for Commerce stream and 60% marks required for science stream students.
