Can i get admission in S.Y.B.C.O.M as i completed F.Y.B.M.S

I have cleared fybaf then I attempted interns of sybaf but can't able to study ahead but now I want to study can I get admission for sybaf?

I have failed in F.Y Com, hence took out TC from college. after that I went other college to get admission along with TC BUT college said that you did not took out TC from old college, you had to do transfer it only
