my son got 38 marks in eamcet which is not qualified, but his intermediate percentage is 60%, can he get a free seat in engeering seat in any minority college

HELLO SIR,this is saikiran from telangana.i have got 93% in inter but i was not intrested in eamcet.so can i find any alternative for pursuing mbbs for free?i hope,i will get a positive and quick response.
