Can I get government college in Uttarkhand after scoring 2nd rank Sc category? I have scored 73 marks


sir i m manish kumar
i have got both of the category S.C and Freedom fighter.
and i have got 2nd rank in this category (S.C + Freedom fighter).
can i get the Goverment college in Uttarakhand..?

and i have got 73 marks so plz sir let me know that would i be eligible for counsling or not ..?
