i scored 68 marks in jee mains exam can i get govt. seat?

No, you are not eligible to get the admission in the government colleges with the 68 marks in the JEE Main.

The cut for the 2015 JEE Main examination is 105 for the General category , 70 for the OBC, and 45 for the SC candidate.

So you cannot get the admission this year. But if you want to get the admission in the government examination you can apply for the next year JEE examination.

Other than this you can also apply for the state government examination for the admission in the state government colleges.

you must mention your caste. , because
1) for OC candidates :-
105 marks are eligible
2) for BC candidate s:-
75 marks are eligible
3) for SC/ST candidate s:-
45 marks are eligible
So, based on these ..
depend on your caste..
