Can I get a job in BBC after completing 12th?

I have completed 12th class now,whether can i get a job in BBC?whether there is a short way to join BBC?

No you can't get job directly after 12th class in any media

As you need to first go for the graduation where you will get all the information related to this field so that you would be able to get the good knowledge about the subjects pretty well

And there is a graduation in mass communication which can lead you there
